In 2010, Children Up focuses on our secondary school project. We are supporting northern Ugandan girl and boy students in their first year of secondary boarding school. Charlie Laliberte is in Uganda from Jan 23 through Feb 24, 2010, working with Ambrose E. Okot, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Humanities, Stephen Odama, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education and Humanities at Gulu University and other educators as they establish this program.
